Service Availability

Maximum Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services during the 12 months preceding the claim.
7Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
By You:

- • 30-day notice for annual plans
- • Data export available for 30 days
By QuadX:
- • Breach of terms
- • Non-payment of fees
- • Illegal or harmful activities
